Service and Warranty
1.The warranty is nontransferable and limited to the original buyer of the product.
2. Only company-authorized personnel may perform repairs during the warranty period.
3. If a unit is installed outside of the company’s approved service center’s jurisdictional borders, the buyer must get in touch with the closest authorized service center and transport the device there at their expense and risk.
4. Calls made through the authorized service center or centralized helpline that are related to cleaning the device or its parts because dust has accumulated on them, providing general explanations or returns, or not reading or installing a specific piece of software should not be interpreted as defects.

2. The authorized service center / firm personnel find that the product is not used in accordance with the instructions provided in the instruction manual.
3. Improper use-related defects, as determined by staff from the company or authorized service center.
4. If a product fails under specific circumstances or types (such as waterlogging or overuse), the warranty will be nullified.
5. Any modifications or changes, as assessed by business officials, that the buyer or unapproved people make to the circuitry.
6. The site’s (the location where the product is kept) conditions do not match the machine or unit’s suggested operating requirements.
7. The product’s original serial number has been taken off, destroyed, or changed.
8. Defects brought on by uncontrollable circumstances, such as lightning, unusual voltage, divine intervention, or during transportation to the service facility or the buyer’s home.
9. Defects brought on by any other animals or insects, including cockroaches, rats, and domestic pets.
